When you submit our quote or contact forms, we collect the information you provide: name, company, phone number, email address, event or project dates, location, headcount, and notes. We also save the browser type (user agent) your browser sends with the form, the page that linked you to our site, the first page you opened here, and any campaign tags in that address, so the business knows how customers find it. Your browser holds that information in session storage until you close the tab, and it is sent only with a form you submit. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver the services you request.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not load an analytics script or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own. It saves one item in your browser's local storage to remember that you closed the notice at the bottom of the page.

Our home page and service areas page show an embedded Google map. That map is served by Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver and protect the site, including limiting repeated form submissions from one address.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as website hosting and email), or when required by law.

Data retention

Quote requests are kept as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records, then deleted or anonymized.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Children

Our services and website are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
